I can't print a PDF attachment from Firefox

When I click on a PDF attachment in my Gmail account it opens in a pop up window and I can read it fine. If I click download it downloads the file but if I click print it also downloads the file. Can I get Firefox to just print from there or must it be downloaded first?

If I click the downloaded file it starts Acrobat Reader and then I can print it but that seems a little long winded.

Interesting... Just as a test... Can you download a different version of Firefox and see what happens. Make sure to install in a different directory than you current install. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
