Ok so the original question was "What is Cloudflare? but apparently JUST LIKE GOOGLE you just ignore search terms and populate a bunch of so-called answers that have nothing whatsoever to do with the question!

See:

Cloudflare is a company that offers network services like CDN (Content Delivery Network) and others like protecting websites against DDOS attacks. Other such CDN services are Akamai and Amazon (CloudFront).

Such CDN companies have servers all around the world and provide fast hosting storage for websites.

I appreciate the answer but the question was "Why can't the Help page answer this question?" or any other direct question?

I, too, am having difficulty getting a question answered. One would think a savy 'bot would be able to answer, "How do I know what version of Firefox I have." I'm a long-time, loyal user of Firefox. This is the first time I have had a question. I have navigated the account set-up gauntlet... I think. I am stuck when the 'bot says, "Say Start Tutorial". I am at a desk-top computer with NO MIC. Not everyone uses a smartphone. I'm really disappointed with Firefox.

FWIW, I am not entirely certain I know How I got to this part of this website, nor how to return in four days, the apparent answer turn-around time, to see if my question was answered. Keeping fingers crossed.
