I converted my Outlook PST into MBOX and follow these steps to import my MBOX files into thunderbird https://www.softaken.com/blog/how-to-import-mbox-files-in-thunderbird but my contacts and calendars are not imported. i need steps how to import my calanedars and contacts from Outlook to thunderbird.

For the contacts, export them as vCards:

then merge them into a single vcf file and import to TB:

Export the calendar to an .ics file and import the file to TB (Events & Tasks/Import...).
