Running Win10 last update KB4577671 First no images on multi image pages, like Zappos. (now working) Image would show up if image link was clicked. Seemed to be related to HTTPS sites. Troubleshot entire Firefox app 3x.. downloaded, installed latest firefox. no luck, got much worse...now can't get into long standing gmail accounts, ARABIC instructions on middle of firefox page, English US as selected on top, updates of gmail account and others don't stick.

the entire download is non functional. will stop using firefox for a while. until these programing issues are fixed. will check back periodically. Prefer firefox over any of the other venders. Supreme dislike for Apple, MSN,....Chrome seems to work.

While I wouldn't necessarily say it's common, it's definitely not unheard of for Windows updates to damage some of Firefox's storage or sometimes even damage the Firefox installation itself.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. (Firefox 57 and above) Click the Library button 57 library icon and choose History.
(Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose History in older Firefox versions.)
  2. In the History menu, choose "Clear Recent History...".
  3. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  4. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  5. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  6. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

If that doesn't fix the issue, I'd try reinstalling Firefox again. This will repair any damaged files related to Firefox.

Hope this helps.
