I think that none of our Firefox browsers show barcodes, so I suspect the web page is displaying the barcod. I would guess that the page is likely expecting you to scan it with some kind of mobile app.

Therefore, maybe the page is designed for a mobile web browser.. likely expecting you to have a “cardboard” viewer of some kind?

Could you please provide a screenshot or at least the name of the site / URL? and also what steps you followed exactly?
