I have a new mac and now firefox won't open zoom.com or facebook

It takes me to the zoom sign in page but when I click sign in nothing happens For facebook it takes me to a FB page but then it is entirely blank

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

That changed nothing . All other tabs open except Zoom.com and facebook.. I can open them in chrome

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
