How to open every unvisited link on a webpage

I frequently visit sites where I want to view every previously-unvisited link. (e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/best)

Best method I know: hold down Ctrl and click every blue link.

This is very tedious! Is there any native Firefox feature to do this faster? Or with any extension? The link-opening extensions I've reviewed are all not-recommended, and don't offer this exact feature anyway.

I've tried all the extensions which claim to Open Links or Open URLs. None of them offer this feature. That one, for example, allows you to paste in a text file of URLs which it will then open.
