Does anyone know why Firefox doesn't see my Android app?

I'm have been trying to get Firefox Sync to work on my account to no avail. For some reason, it sees Firefox for Android as "Web Session, Firefox Mobile 67." I downloaded Firefox from the Play Store. However, It shows Firefox for Android as "none connected." I'm getting real frustrated as I really want to use Firefox Sync but it has been an absolute pain to get it working. If anyone could help me with this problem I would really appreciate it.

You might see Web Session because the account has been created, but not verified yet via email.
