I previously some months back enabled the two step verification on my Firefox Account. I had my mobile access that time but I do not have now. I know the password and linked Gmail which is my own and I need help from respective Mozilla Firefox personnel to solve this issue. I have my GMAIL id all on my access and I can do verification about that.

Unfortunately, no one at Mozilla can remove two-step authentication from your account. This is a privacy and security policy.

If you are currently logged into your Firefox Account on another device, you can try disabling two-step authentication from your account settings.

If you have the recovery code for your account, you can select the Use recovery code option when asked for your two-step authentication code.

Unfortunately, if you have neither of those, we can't recover the account for you. When using two-step authentication, it's important to retrieve and store your recovery code so that you can access your account if you lose access to your mobile device.
