I need a replacement or workaround for unmht
I used the add on unmht to save all of my webpages as single documents. The problem is unmht does not work on Firefox Quantum so I have been unable to update to the new version. Are there any replacement addons or work-arounds to let me access my saved files! Because last time I checked upgrading a browser was supposed to improve usability not make things worse. Sorry about my snapishness I am bitter about this, and I guess it shows.

Hi, what kind of system has this issue? You posted under Firefox for Android from a device that reported it was running iOS.
Some thoughts:
- I haven't heard about any new Firefox add-ons that read MHT. I assume you have searched.
- MHT (MHTML) is a Microsoft format, so if you are running Windows, you can open those files with Internet Explorer.
- I've seen people say that if you rename a .mht file to .eml, then programs which can understand .eml format can open them. I have't tried that.

I will try renaming the file extension see if that helps

I need firefox primarily for it's ability to save browser sessions. Something I can't do with Internet Explorer. Or if there is a way to do it I haven't figured it out yet. Even if I were to figure it out trying to change browsers would cause me to loose all of my saved sessions. Before this I could use mht in ANY browser that's why the add on unmht was so helpful. Also I tried renaming the file extension per your suggestion. I made a copy to be safe. It turns out that's on EMAIL extension. What's more It's an email extension for outlook something I never got set up or figured out. So right now I am still using the old version of firefox and having it set where it refuses to update. But it keeps telling me that not updating and using the old version is a security threat even when I keep my antivirus programs, etc, updated. Needless to say this has me worried. But I am not sure what I can do without loosing all my data and there is a TON of it that would be lost. That's why I am hoping that SOMEONE in the community has some kind of workaround that I can use.
