Tab keeps crashing

Please give us details. What tab? The same tab? Different tabs? Always, sometimes? How long from when you open the tab until it crashes? What type of data is in the tab? Pictures, clips . . .

The crash number you provided is several days old. Do you have any other report number?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
