Addon that makes Recycle bin for bookmark

I can't think of anything like that... if you delete a bookmark and you haven't closed Firefox yet, there is an Undo item on the menu in the Library window. That's the window that comes up when you use Show All Bookmarks (Ctrl+Shift+b). As with Undo in other contexts, it rolls back changes one at a time in reverse order, so it's not as convenient as seeing a list of deleted items to choose from.
