I Cant Use Firefox 54 after I installed NOR Can I Un-Install it EITHER???

I Downloaded firefox 54 today and it WONT Open after I Installed it. I then went to My Programs to Un-Install it and it will NOT let me Uninstall it Either!!!!! Now im STUCK with Firefox on My Computer that I CANT Open and I CANT REMOVE Either??????

Hi, please follow the uninstall instructions here - Uninstall Firefox from your computer - You do not need to remove your Profile (under the heading 'Remove user data and settings') unless you want to.

Now try reinstalling from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
