It tells me to go to the menu, I do but there is NO help button to push. I am trying to find out what version of firefox I have

hi, the help button in the menu looks like this:

Note that the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" page also shows info about your setup. You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar.
