can nolonger see junk, sent, deleted, ect sub folders

The appearance of only an inbox is common for IMAP mail accounts that Thunderbird can not connect with.

Changed any of the settings in your anti virus to increase security of late?

Must have been a server problem. All files sudenly apeared without us taking any action.
