Adding proxy causes my firefox go offline

I have set my network with a proxy like 10.3.100.107 and after that fitefox can not access the web. In browser i have gone to edit-> preferences -> advanced -> network and then tick the option " use system proxy" . But still it is problem is not solved. When i donot use any proxy then i was able to access internet but now i am not. Please help me

Has there been any changes on your device apart from the ones you've made? Or a change on the ISP settings on your end?
