I use thunderbird and mark some messages as spam but they keep coming into my inbox. Lately I've transferred all to spam folder but they still keep coming. Help

I use Thunderbird and mark some messages as spam but they keep coming into my in box--and marked as spam. Recently I began moving the spam-marked message into the spam file but they still keep coming into my in box where I don't want them. Help.

Make sure you set up junk mail controls correctly. Also, the adaptive filter will require a certain amount of training. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls
