Stop Re-Enabling Hello with each Update!

"Hello" is crap. Garbage. Bloated, insecure potential spyware that many of us do not want. If you aren't going to remove it, at least leave it DISABLED for those of us that have disabled it when you offer an update. It's getting to the point that I'm unwilling to update, and considering other browsers over this.

Oh, and great job on deleting old accounts without telling anyone. The least you could have done is send out notices rather than have people go through attempting to reset now non-existent accounts.  :(

Hello sixit, for me the loop.enabled toggle to False does not re-enable the hello. Stays inactive.
