Greetings, Folks -

My apologies as this may be a simple thing, but I am in need of some assistance. I'm having a bit of trouble with my browser (Firefox Beta 37.0) for my Android tablet. To begin, while I consider myself tech-savvy, I'm very new to the Android OS (4.2.2), so please bear with me.

When I first got this tablet (LePan TC1020) one of the first things I did was install Firefox. After several days, I noticed something had changed. On many different websites, the text would go from crystal clear, to blurry and pixilated then back again at a regular 'flashing' interval. Nothing I did seemed to change anything. I ended up sending that tablet back due to unrelated technical issues, and got my replacement a week ago.

Today, I went to Cracked dot com, and lo, it started blurring again. I have spent the last few hours searching for a solution, but have come up empty. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it didn't help. I found a support article that spoke of a 'Refresh Firefox' function, but I cannot find it in the browser commands, nor does the 'button' on the support article either. Going to 'about:support' was supposed to have a button there, but again, it doesn't seem to be.

I have seen several other users speaking of this exact same problem (while searching Google) but never seem to find one that has been resolved or describes how it was. I was hoping someone here might be able to assist or offer some insight. I would be very grateful, if so. Thanks.

This is a known issue. We don't have an fix yet so I cannot say for sure when this will be resolved.

At least now I know that it's not something I've done, and that is better, at least. I truly appreciate you getting back to me, I'm quite OCD and it would have driven me insane wondering what was causing it and if I had done it. Thanks again!
