I have just got popups constantly. I had search conduit come up. I have run ccleaner, Adaware, Hitman pro, antivirus(AVG). there is nothing unusual in my control panel software option. Since running the adaware etc the search conduit has gone from my bottom bar, but it has made no difference to the internet connection. As soon as I click on Mozilla it goes to my home page, but then you can see it saying connecting several times. As soon as I search or go to any page i am re-directed. Then windows start opening up. It is so bad that when I went on ebay I could not see what I was looking at, there were ads everywhere and the page keeps jumping making it very difficult to click on something. I have searched the internet and they all say the same, run the various softwares that I have run. These have made no difference.
