Hello there,

I would recommend to clear your cookies and cache (in case they are corrupt) and see if the problem still exists.

Also, have you tried reinstalling the browser into your device?

OOPs please ignore I posted in the wrong response. It is possible that the tab is just in the other list of tabs. Swipe down and look for the orange line under the private browsing icon. If you swipe to the left is the tab still there?
