I just upgraded FF to 32.0.1 from 32.0 and now it does not even connect to my homepage.
My system is WIn/XP and my Homepage is Marketwatch.com. The tab shows "Connecting" but eventually times out (my other PC on the same page works fine). Does some else need to be done to get this to work? Restarting with addons disabled did not help. If there is no solution what is the easiest way to back it off?
I am on this site with my other PC so no troubleshooting data is available.

Could you check this article and see whether anything there helps: Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox.
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

The easiest and fastest way for me to fix this was to uninstalled and reinstall FF. This happened on both of my systems (XP & WIn 7). This occurred on the last 2 and maybe 3 upgrades. I never had to shutdown or otherwise modify my Firewall or anti-virus for all of the other upgrades since I've been using FF (about 10 years) so if FF did something to create that situation it should be fixed.
I was surprised that after downloading and installing the new version all of my add-ons were still installed and operational. I have the FEBE add-on installed just in case of situations like this.
