restoring sync after mobile reset

I had to reset mobile to factory default which deleted all installed apps. I tried to sync mobile by first removing existing device sync from pc now I get same info on mobile & pc

I'm not sure if I understand the problem but this article should help you:

Use Sync to share your Firefox bookmarks, passwords and more with Firefox for mobile

If your computer is already set up you can start on the Part 2 but from what I read you had deactivated your computer so you should start in Part 1.

Let me know if it helps, and if not, some additional context will be good. Specifically, what do you see when you click on the Sync Tab in preferences?
