RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin is not compatible with 5.0? Great!, now how do I identify what can be downloaded and then download the video for Real Player? Wish I knew that before upgrading.

i tried that already it doesnt work. I talked to real and they said they are trying to fix it now.( real online chat help)
