unable to remove Inbox toolbar w/ ctrl panel or from the browser. Help.

Inbox toolbar not listed in add/remove programs so can't uninstall it that way. Also not listed in the tools/add-ons section of the browser so can't uninstall it there either. Google says it can be deleted from the start menu/programs, unbable to find it there either. Are there any utilities I can download to make this toolbar go away? How about the programs that say they can uninstall anything? Any good?
