I have recently changed my laptop I have successfully logged in to my emails but I cannot see any of my local folders that I had created on the old laptop Previous operating system was Windows 10, new operating system Windows 11

Did you export the full profile from old computer? How did you import to new computer? Knowing what steps you did (or did not) take will be helpful. However, if all is well except local folders, and if old computer is still available, these steps should do it: - locate profile, probably at c:\users\<yourid>\appdata\roaming\thunderbird\profiles\<profilename>\Mail\Local Folders. Copy them and paste in same location on new PC. If names match any files in new PC, be sure to rename first. Do this when Thunderbird is NOT running.
