Multiple copies inside Mail folder

Hi Why there are mutiple copies of the same folder inside the Mail folder (AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/*.default/Mail)? Can I delete the copies? See the screenshot below. "box.tin.it" is my main email (it's POP). Thanks!

Which one is being used by your current accounts? It would be rather bad to delete your mail in this attempt to "clean up"
