Why has Firefox disabled my IBM Security Rapport Extension/Add-in?

I noticed yesterday that all of my extensions/plug-ins were disabled without my knowledge. So I had to reinstall all of them (Ghostery, Malwarebytes, Startpage to name a few) with the exception of IBM Security Rapport Extension/Add-in which it does not show anywhere in Firefox downloads. I have been have using IBM Security Rapport Extension/Add-in for years now without issues. I am using an older windows 7 machine and noticed that this extension is listed but not found as supported. Can anyone help me on this to get this extension loaded again?
