A few emails failed to have contents downloaded during a power outage. When I open the email, no content! How to reload these few emails in Thunderbird?

During email downloading, there was a power outage. When the few emails were opened again, the content is missing. That few emails are still in the mail server (viewed by webmail). How can I selectively select that few emails to be downloaded again into my Inbox?
