Hello guys :-)

I'm the owner of a beautiful Firefox Flame. As soon as I received it, i flashed it in Nightly, all went good, and we lived well together. Sadly, since 1 week, he didn't receive any updates. So I decided to flash it again. I wiped (factory + cache) the phone, and then i flash the v123 (on Firefox OS 1.3 so), and finally, i reflash the phone in nightly, and now, he is stuck on the Thunderstoft logo ! The volume + + power work, but i cannot do anything from it (wipes doesn't solve the problem, and I cannot send the v123.zip via adb sideload, it says it has a signature problem) The volume - + power doesn't work at all. And when I use "Flame Rescue Tool", it says "Teleweb download emergency image failed". I'm stuck, please help me :-)

By the way, English is not my mothertongue, i hope i didn't hurt your eyes.

Hi Gailenstorm,

You can recover your phone by going into Fastboot mode and flashing a new base image on it. Please keep in mind that the latest base image is v188, and you shouldn't be using v123 with the newer builds. =)

For information on how to recover your phone with Fastboot, please view the following MDN article:

Thanks,

- Ralph
