Mails being archived are being saved on archive folder of another account

I copied over a backup copy of my mail profiles and receiving mails. but when i select mails and archive them, they are being saved on the archive folders of other accounts.

I double checked the archive folders of the accounts and it was correct.

I even tried delete ding msg folders to see if its affecting it but it still does the same thing.

Tools menu (alt+T) > account settings > copies and folders and check each account is pointing to the correct archive location
