cannot type new outgoing message in utility warehouse webmail when using mozilla firefox

more options

I've always used Mozilla Firefox and Utility Warehouse club webmail e-mail client. Always worked well, no problems. Now I can no longer type up new e-mails. I can call up the contacts name and type in the subject OK but then I can't type the message itself. The message typing section no longer functions, it seems to have gone dead. I'm told this is a browser problem not a UW club webmail issue. In fact I've checked and that's true, it all works OK in explorer but I don't want to use explorer. Can you help or do I have to uninstall firefox and start using explorer? I'd rather stick with firefox

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache

Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first) using either of these. While viewing a page on the site:

  • right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
