Why can't I change Hotmail accounts? Password reverts to last-used email address.

I believe my Hotmail accounts were recently migrated to Live or some other MS system.

If I try to sign out of bob@hotmail.com in Firefox and login to hank@hotmail.com, I see "hank@hotmail.com" in the email address window.

I then click the next button, and a series of moving dots appears in the box under "hank@hotmail.com" as I'm being taken to the next window, which asks me to insert the password for hank@hotmail.com. I see "hank@hotmail.com" above the password box, which has been filled in with a password (dots only, it's hidden), based on my autosaving that password previously.

Apparently, when I click the "next" button, those moving dots are an indication that Firefox (or Microsoft) is replacing hank@hotmail.com with the previously used bob@hotmail.com (and its autosaved password) and loads the password for bob@hotmail.com, even though the form on the page I'm taken to is displaying "hank@hotmail.com" on the screen above the empty password box.

If I use the password for bob@hotmail.com (or the one that's auto filled) I go back into that account. If I manually enter the password for hank@hotmail.com, I'm told it won't work (because it's really trying to get me to go back to bob@hotmail.com).

I think I have to manually go into Firefox and delete cookies each time. Is this the new normal? We have to delete cookies every time we want to change Hotmail accounts in Firefox?
