How do I switch to Compatibilty View as I could with Internet Explorer?

I'm not able to open programs for my work because the message reads "Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro! ". When I was using Internet Explorer & saw this message, I was able to switch to "Compatibity View" which corrected the problem. I'm not sure how to correct it with Firefox.....

It is not the first time that issues with Web Dynpro are reported on this forum and you may not be able to fix this.
