on ebay, only when I'm at a 'store', my scroll down bar won't allow me to go down the page more than a few listings (I have it set for 50 listings/page)

so I cannot see the listings nor move forward to another page of listing (b/c the page numbers are at the bottom of the page which I can't get to). This doesn't happen on my watch list page on ebay only on sellers stores. I spoke to ebay who had me clear my cookies in mozilla firefox. the tech was able to duplicate the problem on her end but once she cleared her cache it worked fine. she had me open up internet explorer (which I detest) and ebay worked fine on the browser. She told me to power down my laptop for at least 15 minutes, which I did, that didn't solve the problem. What is causing this? any fixes out there????? thanks, Milo

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
