When I want to highlight and copy sections of a page I click the red shark and outline what I want and it saves it to my desktop. I cannot remember the name of this add-on or plug-in

Hi,

You can try to check if it's disabled in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions and Enable it.

You can also try to search using part of the name or similar words in Firefox Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons, search box on the top right corner or @ AMO. For e.g. searching for copy text gives over a hundred results. Hopefully you will be able to find the right add-on.

If you really are using the old Firefox 3.5.19 version that shows in your system details list then you should update to the current Firefox 13 release.

The Firefox 3.5.19 version that you currently run is no longer supported with security updates.
