Why won't my personal website update on Firefox but it will on Internet Explorer?

The back end of my website shows that everything is updated however when I access the website on Firefox just to look at it, it doesn't show the updates. If I access the website from Internet Explorer to look at it, the updates are shown

Hit F5 to reload that web page from the server.
