Why do all the features on my web design toolbar start hiding on me? Why don't they stay there like they are supposed to do?

This is like the fourth time it happened. I restarted FF and all the web design icons on the toolbar decided to play and seek with me

Google Toolbar has the reputation for causing problems. You could try removing it. You also have SearchToolbar installed. I recommend getting rid of that one also.
