I did a format to my pc, but i did a copy of the Mozilla file onf my program files before to be able to reload all my bookmarks...what should i do to get them back ? Thks

Based on your question, you may have copied the wrong files.

If you copied the Mozilla Firefox folder from program files you will not be able to get your bookmarks back, the bookmarks are stored in a different location. You appear to have copied the installation folder, the bookmarks are stored in the profile folder.
