The videos on this site appears to be shown with a html5 player for me.

The problem is you are using the old EOL Windows XP which does not support HTMl5 player, at least not without some work which may not work.

Chrome Appears to work because they kind of cheat by including necessary codecs however the Chrome version you have is old and vulnerable as Google stopped supporting Windows XP and Vista back in April once Chrome 50 came out then.

With some work you may be able to get HTML5 video to work in Firefox on the old EOL WinXP.

A easy way o see what your system supports for HTML5 you can use https://www.youtube.com/html5/ and if your system fully supports then all check marks should be blue. Youtube uses the HTML5 player when possible and will only fallback to the Flash Player if need to.

VLC with its Plugin can help play some media.

thanks for your response, but I am an old computer rookie..I can't force anything? because I barely know how to download and install something. Is there an Adobe plugin or addon somewhere that I can download and install that will allow me to watch video on 'AirVuz' website??? please keep it simple... thank you...
