flash wont update
Flash 19.0 will not update. Adobe flash 22* does download but Firefox won't accept the update. been going on for months now, I am finally taking an active role in this problem. Have been sending crash reports to adobe but no response. I could really use someones much appreciated help with this issue. Firefox is updated to the current version. Had an attack this am, page took over my eBay window and said something to the effect that it was Firefox breaking in for a patch to protect a security breach in Firefox. I closed the program restarted my comp. and ran defender. Thank you in advance for helping me with this!!!

thank you, does it make a difference when you update the graphics driver on your system?: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

hi, you appear to have flash version 19 & 22 present currently. the adobe installer didn't seem to properly clean up the old version. can you try to use the uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html to get rid of both versions and install the flash plugin again afterwards.
the "Urgent update" window you were seeing is a scam tactic that is trying to trick you into installing malware, so don't download or execute this kind of stuff! only download firefox from its official location at mozilla.org - in addition updates are handled automatically by firefox so you don't have to download anything (you can initiate a check for updates in the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > about firefox).
This is the page address that hijacked my browser.

could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.
