This is a bit difficult to explain, but I'll do my best.

Our company uses NetIQ Identity Manager, which we access through a web browser. I primarily used Firefox until I had to switch to another browser because of this issue. The problem only occurs in Firefox; I have tested several Chromium-based browsers, and none of them exhibit the same behavior.

On a specific page within the application, there are two panels: one displays a list of users, and the other displays details for the selected user.

The issue is that Firefox does not show a separate scrollbar for the user details panel. Instead, it only scrolls the page based on the height of the user list panel. As a result, when the user list contains fewer entries than the amount of information displayed in the user details panel, Firefox is unable to scroll through the entire details section. The hidden information still exists and becomes visible if the browser window is resized to be taller.

When the user list contains enough entries to make that panel taller than the user details panel, all user details are displayed correctly and scrolling works as expected because the entire page can be scrolled.

In Edge and other Chromium-based browsers, both panels have their own scrollbars. The scrollbar for the user details panel is only displayed when necessary, such as when the amount of user information exceeds the available space, but scrolling works correctly in all cases.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

The issue first appeared at the end of February this year. I believe I was using Firefox version 148 at the time. Prior to that, the problem did not occur. I am using Windows 11 and have tried the troubleshoot mode, which did not help.

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

Also, I get stuck on some sites or error yet I worked day before or earlier in day and then again worked later by even 1-5 minutes.

I am having issues using the search functions on car rental websites for National, Enterprise and Alamo car rentals. I enter in all the needed info for location and dates, but when I search, I get an error message that says try again later. See attached screenshot. I am using Firefox 150 and Windows 11. Other car rental sites work fine and I've never encountered this issue before.

I have been using Firefox for a long time to access Aldi. Now it goes to the login page, but will not let me input my email or phone number. The word Aldi is in its place and will not let me input anything. I can't even get rid of the name Aldi from it. I can use Edge with no problem at all, but I don't use Edge. What could be my problem with FireFox? I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks I can find online, but nothing works. Aldi, which is tied with Instacart informed me that it was a problem with Firefox. The actual website for Aldi is listed below. Please advise.

There's a particular couple of links in Gmail, from a specific email, which sends links I need to go to, and they will not open, yet gives an error message. This has been happening for years. The sender sends these links to all members, and I'm the only one who cannot open them. 2 decades ago I was able to open them.

My files are stored on external hard drives within Dropbox. The hard drives are mapped to my computer. I can no longer attach files from these drives to anything through Firefox. I can still attach through Chrome, Bing, Safari etc. Any suggestions how to solve this problem. I am NOT attaching through the Dropbox website.
