When i connect to vpn and force firefox to use system proxy settings everything is ok. But after disconnecting from vpn, browser just gives error 'proxy server is refusing connections'. It will work again if i set network settings to no proxy or auto detect proxy settings, but then vpn dont change my ip adress. My question is i need to manually change these setting everytime or there is a better solution to this?

I don't know what happened, but I had to restart FireFox, and now I can no longer log into my TMRS (www.tmrs.org). I never had an issue before and this is the only website that I can't log into. Now I get a popup that states: Unable to connect, Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.tmrs.org. I ran all the troubleshoot modes available on FireFox, reported it as a broken site and nothing has helped. I have added the website IP address to my anti-virus program as a safe site and that hasn't helped either.

Recently installed Astrill VPN on my Windows PC. When the VPN is off, Firefox is not working and does not access Internet. But when the VPN is on, Firefox on Windows desktop PC works fine. How to make Firefox work when VPN is OFF?

I'm having Firefox browser problems. I checked on my computer for system updates and I am current. Pages are not loading, I'm just getting the blue dot swaying back and forth from right to left and left to right. I tried to clear out my chache and wonder if I did something wrong when I did that.

Just got a mac mini 4. during setup/install, which was done with Time Machine, I changed the name of my home folder and computer to reflect the new mac mini. Now firefox won't load any websites, new or ones I already had open. Where do I go to make changes in firefox to indicate the new names? Thanks in advance for any help. Allan
