After the latest Firefox update, Subtitles and closed captions not saving settings in latest Firefox in spite of resets, reboots, clearing cache. Appears to be on Windows 11 but is fine in Windows 10.

I have a new macbook air running Sequoia 15.3.2, firefox is up to date, my battery which should technically last about 12 hours and I only get 5. Ran through everything with Apple and they said it is a Firefox issues. I don't have any extensions, add on etc. Thoughts?

For a couple of days now the back/forward site dialogue at the bottom of the search overview disappeared in Firefox, but not in other browsers like Chrome (where the attached pic has been cut out). I've got no idea, why this happend and I can't find any solution for this.

My currently firefox browser on my new pc doesn't sync my bookmarks and extentions from my previous browser despite i already login firefox account. I've checked my firefox browser on my phone, all of my desktop bookmarks and bookmarks toolbar is still there, It just not transfer to my browser on pc even i already sign in the firefox account. Now i am affraid to use firefox browser on my pc as i'm scared of deleting all my bookmarks. Please help me, thank you

As I was downloading a video from Google Photos, it showed the yellow by the download arrow and said it failed. I tried multiple file types: mpeg, jpeg, mp4, exe. I googled what to do and my answer was: Disable extensions, start in safe mode, clear cookies, clear history, clear download history. I did all that and I can still not download. I restarted my computer and nothing changed. on FF version 136.0.2

Hi, for some reason firefox has begin crashing this past week, when I'm on Soundcloud and I press the play button. Today it also crashes when I try to by a bus ticket on Flixbus.dk, this has not happened before.

I looked up the troubleshooting page concerning crashes and I tried to go on the sites in troubleshoot mode, it still crashes.

I've recently switched back to Mozilla Firefox again & I installed it via its official installer in Windows 11.

There's something wrong with playback what I noticed is that if I disconnect my wired earphones/headphones & then it pauses the media playback.

I am not aware that if this is an issue, bug or default behavior.

If it is not an issue then is there any possible way to modify such behavior.

Note:

• This thing is tested when all extensions are turned off (disabled)
• Such behavior is observed in both web players such as YouTube, dailymotion, etc. & locally stored/saved/downloaded videos played in Mozilla firefox.
• Not any setting was imported from any browser

I’ve been having trouble with Firefox’s location services when trying to find nearby stores and restaurants. Even with location settings enabled, some websites fail to detect my accurate location, or they display outdated information.

For example, when I try to use Wendy’s Near Me Wendy’s Near Me to find the closest Wendy’s location, the site sometimes fails to pinpoint my exact area, while other browsers seem to work fine.

I’ve been using Firefox to research social media strategies, but I’ve noticed that some websites displaying engagement insights and analytics don’t load properly. Charts, embedded data, and interactive elements either take too long to load or don’t appear at all.

I'm experiencing an issue with how my e-commerce website displays on Firefox. One of my product pages, featuring Beconase Nasal Spray, seems to load slower or display incorrectly compared to other browsers. Has anyone faced similar issues with Firefox rendering? I am getting the question whether firefox has permission to open the page? Does it have, aand how should I handle tht when i want to open an online page?'

Recently, i had to use a public pc in my workplace for a while. i used Firefox to access the internet, and for practical reason, i signed in my Firefox account. After i was done, i made sure i have signed out my Firefox account before leaving. The next day, when i used Firefox again on that pc, i noticed that all my saved passwords (from syncing my Firefox account) were still in that Firefox browser, even though i haven't signed in my Firefox account. Now i feel like i am at the mercy of fate because anybody who used that pc after me yesterday could have gained access to all my passwords. So far, nothing bad happens and i hope it stays that way.

I don't know if anyone has brought this up. Since Firefox does not erase any saved password after a user signs out, I think Firefox should, or rather, MUST give a warning message after a user signs out of Firefox to manually erase any saved password on Firefox, so that any stupid user like me will not make that stupid mistake so easily.

The above website is not loading properly in Firefox on my desktop computer. The text is all missing and some of the images too.

I tried to report it to Firefox via the shield icon, but it would not send due to some error. I attached an image below.

Please fix the above site for me =)
