I'm not able to access the internet VIA ethernet on my Firefox browser. I can only access the internet on wifi. I'm logged into my account so what is blocking this? I even turned off my VPN and it's still not working.

I am trying to access AdBlock which I know I activated on my Mozilla, but can't find any reference to it whatsoever. I would like to disable it for one or two sites.

I am using a Mac with OS 27, current Firefox and current Bitwarden browser extension. I checked help but it advises: First, open the Bitwarden browser extension and go to Settings → Notifications. Verify that the Ask to save and use passkeys option is checked.

I cannot find Settings-Notifications in the Firefox Bitwarden browser extension, nor the Ask to save and use passkeys option.

When I try to save a website passkey to to Bitwarden in a website on Firefox, I get a message that I have to turn on iCloud keychain. However, since I use Bitwarden, I do not use Keychain.

Any way to get around these issues? Thanks J

After Firefox & Thunderbird update & Windows (11) update, it takes ages for the email programs to open and the web pages to open. Tried everything, to no avail. Any ideas apart from uninstalling and starting again? The imap lookup takes ages and when opening website pages it takes ages. Googles is very quick to open.

When trying to sign in to my Mozilla account to access my sync for Firefox, it give me the error "You’ve tried too many times. Please try again later." despite never trying before. I had just installed firefox on a new PC and have my login details saved on a different device and am logged in on this website here, but the app itself dowsn't show the option to log in with Google that I used here. This happens with every email address I try to log in with, even ones that do not have accounts linked to them. Is there a way to fix this, or am I stuck without an account?

He intentado reiniciar el navegador, actualizar Firefox a la versión más reciente y reiniciar mi dispositivo, pero el problema continúa. Me gustaría saber si existe alguna solución o si debo realizar algún procedimiento adicional para corregir este error.

Recently Firefox has stopped recognizing website exceptions entered into pop-up blocker manage exceptions. I have deleted all websites and reentered a couple but none are being recognized. therefore these websites are blocked to me. One is https://www.foxnews.com/. This problem started after the last Firefox update.

My monitor is repeatedly getting small rectangular pop-up windows, each of which says "Mozilla Firefox". They contain messages like "Trojan virus detected!" or "Attention! Click here to remove it!" What can I do to stop these intrusive small windows from popping up on my screen?

Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue with schoolscholarship.cg.nic.in. Someone pretending to be the site could try to steal things like credit card info, passwords, or emails.

schoolscholarship.cg.nic.in has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

One of my favorite things about Firefox as a browser was the support for red pandas, aka "firefoxes". In the 2010 update, you guys even hosted Firefox Live where people could donate to help the Knoxville Zoo. Now you change it to the most generic, boring mascot imaginable, yet another fox. What the heck? Is it meant to symbolize how Firefox is losing it's unique nature and becoming more generic? Bring back the real firefoxes!

After (what I presume was) an update I lost all of my tab groups I had made. I had a bunch of school stuff and creative writing stuff in there and would love to recover them if possible. I tried to check my proflies and opened them in a new tab, but all the groups were still missing in them.

I'm using Firefox on a Mac, and I'm having trouble dragging screenshots from my desktop into ChatGPT. I can upload images using the "+" button. Dragging and dropping images works in other browsers. In Firefox, dragging images into ChatGPT is unreliable or stops working. I have tried restarting Firefox and disabling add-ons, but the problem persists. I also tested a private window.

Could you help me identify the cause and suggest a solution?
