Hi I just found VPN button in my browser turned it on and it works perfectly. i was very suprised because i am from russia and this vpn somehow can avoid DPI (deep packet inspection) that every isp has here in russia. suggestion - please add cryptocurrency as an additional payment method because we dont have visa or mastercard here since 2022. thank you

Hello, When I installed Firefox, before use it and browse, it writes something like that in different language "By continue use this product you agree to our Terms of use Firefox and our Privacy notice"..., and in different language there is button labeled Continue and in the bottom there are in different language texts like Read our Terms of use and Read our Privacy notice. Am I required to read it? Can I just click Continue (in different language) and use Firefox? Is that just for convenience/more information, or does Firefox requires user to read it before use? Also, what about Firefox Developer Edition? Can I click Continue as well, without reading? There is texts Read our Terms of Use, Read our Privacy Notice. Thanks

I receive many unwanted/junk/spam emails a day (10 to 20) in my email inbox. How do I stop this influx of junk? right now I am blocking domains, is this the best I can do?

The five Firefox relay have not been used by me; can I create new ones. I don't use shopify or pinterest. It looks like they were set up in 2024. Can I receive 5 more to clean these out. Thanks.

I use Firefox for privacy, lack of bloat, and other ethical reasons. For these reasons, I don't want to have the new CEO keep the incorrect idea in his head that the people who use Firefox want AI. Please don't add more AI, if anything--- please remove the AI which has already been added to Firefox which users have to remove themselves. I will dump Firefox if the new CEO continues with this plan.

I noticed a wierd popup when opening mozilla. It said "you're always starting mozilla when starting the pc". How and why does an internet browser have to have any information regarding when I boot my PC? What else does mozilla look at outside the browser environment?

If they claim it's needed for performance: Illogical, boot times have nothing to do with the internet browser. If referring to general performance then you can't possibly track and tailor every new piece of hardware that enters the market. Instead you make your browser with prerequisites that you yourself control (eg. install vcredist for this browser to work or something like that).

Why then is Mozilla monitoring my computer when the browser isn't even open or running?

Hi. Cannot seem to figure out how to remove 3 Mozilla Firefox notifications appearing vertically up the right side of my windows 11 LG gram laptop. They are covering up part of the mozilla dropdown window when I click on the 3 little lines in the upper right hand corner. Sorry, not very good at explaining this. In order to access a software product I had paid for (specifically Komplete Standard 15 from Native Instruments) I was instructed by Native Instruments to open an account with Plugin Alliance. Whilst doing this I was invited to create a mask email. I thought this must be a message from Plugin Alliance. Having attempted to create this mask email, I can't get any further with my Plugin Alliance account. I would like to dispense with the mask email because it is more trouble than it's worth. How do I do this?

Heard this new guy thinks AI slop is the way to go: I dropped google and chrome because of this YEARS ago, even before the obscene direction 2025 has brought. Why does Mozilla's new CEO feel the need to bloat and mine data in the browser I downloaded to escape that in other browsers? Can I not escape AI in one place? I come to Mozilla Firefox for one reason and one reason alone and y'all suddenly seem very keen on getting rid of this reason.

I beg of you, please do not go forward with the AI focused policies. AI as it currently stands is a rapidly sinking ship that a LOT of consumers hate, and that group is coincidentally the group that most frequently uses Firefox. By pushing forward AI-first policies, you are alienating your userbase, destroying the privacy and usability that makes Firefox special, and you're upsetting millions of people that love this service. Please, for the love of god, DON'T GO FORWARD WITH AI. Stick to what makes Firefox special, and it will flourish as every other browser becomes more and more unusable.

So I've recently seen some stuff on my social media about Mozilla's new CEO talking about pushing AI into Firefox. And WTF?!

Is this some sort of stupid corporate bullshit or just a delayed April Fool's joke?!

There is literally NO CONCEIVABLE REASON for introducing AI into ANY browser, let alone Firefox. I started using Firefox over 15 years ago for the personalisaton features and readily available add ons and to date it's still the best browser I've used.

To my knowledge, a lot of people have recently switched to Firefox in order to avoid the unnecessary/unwanted spyware and bloatware that comes baked into most other browsers and this seems like a massive middle finger to them. The only reason I can see to introduce AI is either because you want to lose users, or are so desperate for cash you're willing to fuck over everything and everyone to get it.
