I cannot get into my online accounts, as I have always done for years. After I select the site, the screen looks like it is working, but then a new empty window pops up: the tab says "citi 400 Bad Request" At the top of the empty screen it says: Bad Request. Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I usually watch videos on Firefox on Stan - https://www.stan.com.au/account/login - with no problem on Debian. Just wondering if this is a fault with Firefox on FreeBSD, so I know where to go looking for the problem. Other outlets have sub par performance, also, such as YouTube, where the video comes up but plays like it's operating at one frame/5 seconds, with no sound. Thanking you for any time and trouble.

Recent builds have changed the way that the user can direct queries to the various search engines that can be added (i.e. eBay, Wikipedia, IMDB etc) - to a new configuration that is awkward and forces more clicks.

Here is the method that currently allows reverting to the previous approach :

in about:config

Set string "browser.search.widget.new: to false

... and to delay automatic deletion of engines set "browser.search.widget.removeAfterDaysUnused" to thousands

why every time i open Firefox is go straight to signalqueryhub instead firefox. And how i can make it like normal(open Firefox and straight to Firefox instead of signalqueryhub).

I am watching a movie and would like to use Picture-in-Picture mode so I can continue watching while working, thanks to its floating window feature. However, I can no longer use it.

I have already tried clicking the Picture-in-Picture icon on the video, using the Ctrl + Shift + ] shortcut, and verifying that the feature is enabled under Settings > Tabs and Browsing > Media. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Aside from its extension support, Picture-in-Picture is one of the main reasons I chose Mozilla Firefox.

I am using Windows 11 on both my desktop and laptop. I began using vertical tabs a ways back. On my desktop I am able to scroll through the active vertical tabs with the mouse. But, I am unable to scroll the vertical tabs on my laptop. I have compared the Firefox settings on both computers and have been unable to find any settings that are different which could be applicable.

It seems that Firefox has been erased from my Windows 11. I need to get Firefox back into my Windows 11. There is nothing I did to cause FF to be erased. Windows had an update and after that the FF was gone.

I want to remove Paypal from my Mozilla VPN subscription and add a credit card, but I can't figure out how to add a payment method.

I tried removing Paypal, but it forced me to restore Paypal as the payment method.

How do I switch to a credit card?

Roughly one third of my bookmarks all changed to sites I have visited recently. They still have the same labels, but when I click on them, they just take me to some random site I've visited recently.

I turn that off and still no Twitter and your system turns it back on again all by itself, your settings are doing what they want to do, not what I SAY to do. Now, I cannot get into Twitter.

I open Firefox, my browser, then I type in the site I want to open. It opens fine, however, when I try to open another site I want to open nothing happens except a little dot in front of the requested site keeps going back and forth, but nothing opens. I then have to close the browser, re-open the browser and key in the site I want. WHY? What am I doing wrong. Please keep in mind that I am not a computer savvy person and don't understand much about them. I do know however that Firefox used to work on my computer before update 150 and 151 were downloaded without a hitch. I have tried everything I could think of to fix the problem without success. I am beyond frustrated and need this fixed.

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

День добрый. Я с 2023 года не выходил с аккаунта. После переустановки системы, и установки новой версии браузера, синхронизация не подтягивает мои данные (закладки, пароли и тд). Данные очень важны, мне остро необходимо их вернуть.
