Using version 153 on Windows 11. I have never been able to activate the VPN. I have tried ALL of the suggestions on the support site, permissions, policies, customize toolbar, etc. There has never been any icon to activate. Obviously, this has been going on for months. Thanks.

I have asked the question multiple times, received multiple responses that do not allow access or clear instructions on: how to control Firefox restarts. I cannot get to Settings that has what the instructions say to look for.

I need to change the email tied to my firefox account. That email is compromised and the verification method will not work since I no longer have access to the account. If there's any FireFox staff available, that'd be great

Some setting is causing an ad blocker alert from a site I use daily. I do not have any ad blockers. This is a new problem since Firefox has changed some settings.

Hello! Since the latest update to Firefox (153, I believe) my Firefox has not worked. It starts up perfectly fine, but quickly freezes, becomes non-responsive, and needs to be closed. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the same thing occurs. There’s been been occasions where it hasn’t frozen immediately so I have been able to turn off hardware acceleration as well as remove my theme and disable all my add-ons/extensions, but this has done nothing. Creating a new profile does not help, nor does trying Safe Mode: the same thing happens no matter what. I tried to reinstall the update, but this also did nothing. I haven’t yet tried to uninstall & reinstall or do a Firefox refresh as those are my last resorts and I won’t do them unless I’m sure they’ll make a difference. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions recently, and this only started happening after the most recent update. I’m not sure what else I can try at this point, and am very frustrated.

I have had problems with the latest FF for Mac for a week or so. Not opening. I deleted and reinstalled it, and the problem continues. It crashes my system and I have a spinning wheel that required a hard restart. What's going on? Running Tahoe 26.5.2

I'm blaming the latest Firefox update from a couple of days ago, since this problem only arose yesterday. Now cut off from reading and following news that I really want to receive.

Hello, After the last update i keep seeing a blank page when i open a new tab or new page. i tried the troubleshooting mode but the same. i need to refresh every time i open a new page.

Hi. I'm taking an online course for HVAC certification. Some test questions require to arrange the answers in a logic sequence. When I try to move the answers up or down, they 'snap back' into the original (wrong) position. Is there a solution to this issue? I'm using FireFox with Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Legacy Win 7 Pro machines were just upgraded (had no choice but to run them) and FF performance was fine with legacy laptops eight years old. The FF version was much older. With much faster machines and Win 10 running 152.x, now 153.0, there are chronic chokes with FF. Tab crashes. Videos NEVER loading, chronic rebooting etc. -- it just doesn't seem to ever end. But it's not my decision. However -- the shitte rolls downhill right into my lap because nobody else has the patience. Please do not suggest paid 'support' again, because I would get laughed at, given the chronic problems to date over a number of years.

The "Developer Information" link in the "Developer" section of the release notes page - https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/153.0/releasenotes/ - for Firefox is broken as of v153.0.

2. MDN shows a 404 message, and offers a "153" suggested search link which eventually gets me to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/153

I have not tested this for other regions, but without the "en-US" (and possibly other "language-CountryCode" flavors), the link in the Firefox release notes page will not open the Developer release notes in MDN.

Could be an MDN configuration issue if it's not a problem with how links are generated for the Firefox release notes page.
