I keep getting these error messages on some websites I frequently visited in the past. I didn't change anything in Firefox. I can go to Costco's home page but in searching or clicking on an item I get this message "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.costco.com/laptops.html" on this server. Starting about three weeks ago I began receiving the following message when trying to access the above website: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server.

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

This is my second post regarding this problem. Upon searching and reading the answers to this problem on the Mozilla's community, I found out that Firefox last update on Windows 7 computers is 115.33Oesr. According to cor-el, one of Mozilla's community Moderator, Firefox is stuck on this version not updating to the newest Firefox 148.02. on Windows 7 computers. I thought the whole idea of having Firefox Oesr version was to allow Windows 7 computers to continue using Firefox. Now I have many websites telling me "Access denied". Home Depot, Costco, Kohl's, Ralph's so far that I have found out. Everything works on Chrome, which I prefer not to use. Everything works on my laptop with Windows 11 version Firefox 148.02

Is this going to be fixed???? Is Firefox Oesr going to update to version 1408.02 so people/computers with Windows 7 can continue using these websites?????

I can no longer the the "Fry's digital coupons". When I go online to Fry's and click on "Fry's digital coupons" it always says that "there are no coupons available, try again later". When I keep retrying it then says "you are not authorized to on this page." And the Fry's customer service always says it's my browser contact that is the problem.

I need to find where all my bookmarks are on my computer so I can restore them. My operating system is Windows 7. Even when I try to restore through import/backup and it says it was successful there are none of my saved bookmarks. Can you help in specific steps how I can get these back? From what I read there should be a Firefox file on my computer where these are all saved. Thanks!!

I cannot access Fry's digital coupons - it always says: no coupons available try again later. Fry's customer service says it is my server not Fry's that is the problem.

Where can I download a fresh Firefox 115.33.0esr (64-bit) browser for Win-7 because the one I have installed is so corrupted and I can't seem to be able to fix it.

-ebay search results' thumbnails are small (about 1/4 regular size) -i cleared cache in settings and ff-profile-cache folder, flushed dns, used private mode, and used different ms accounts. no success, -issue happened in earlier ff version , upgrading to latest 115.33esr did not fix it. --issue not in chrome

i can not log onto delta.com from firefox. the error i get is Access Denied You don't have permission to access this server. Reference 0.c424c317.1773625375.36c3e353. I can log in using a different browser. is there anything i can do.

I downloaded Foxfire esr version to get rid of goggle. I transferred my data from google. Now the Google search is showing up. Should I uninstall goggle to get rid of it?
