When following the instruction to sync bookmarks on Android phone it leads me to items that are not there. Open Firefox mobile on phone. Ok. Hit the 3 dots drop down. Ok. Choose sync and save. Not there? I click my email and it shows sync. I click that and it shows the last time I sync my phone. 0 minutes. Ok. It shows a QR code to scan from the Firefox app. It instructs to click ready to scan. That's not there either. If instructions lead you down paths that are not present, the instructions are useless. Anyone else having this experience? Thanks..........

Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

Policy Name Certificates

Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots

                         true

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

Hello, I'm a few weeks late signing back into my Mozilla account after deletion email called for the last day as June 10th. Considering I travel alot for work, I didn't sign back in until now. Copied Thunderbird Profile on old computer to external HDD. Name assigned was zs6…. Installed TBird on new Win10 PC, omitting sign-in procedure. On this PC, clicked Menu, Help, Troubleshooting Info. Opened Profile folder on this PC, left-clicked Roaming, closed TBird. Copied zs6… from ext HDD, pasted onto TBird folder C:\users\owner\appdata\roaming on new PC. Clicked Yes to replace any existing files. Opened \roaming\thunderbird\profiles zs6…. not in there. TBird launches again in Setup. What am I doing wrong?

New Laptop. Windows 11. Bitdefender protection. Installed Thunderbird and a first gmail account on new Laptop, all OK. Attempting to instal a second, different gmail account I get the following message from Google:

"400. That’s an error.  The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know." 

No problem having installing the 2nd gmail account in my internet browser on new laptop after continued failures to instal in Thunderbird. NB I have both gmail accounts previously (and easily) installed and working in Thunderbird on PC, old laptop, phone. Issue does not make sense. Does anyone have a solution please.

My old Firefox on my desk top has a home icon to go back to the home page. This new Firefox on my laptop doesn't seem to have one? What am I missing? How do I get back to the home page?

I have accounts that will not work because they cannot access my location, My computer says all access is allowed, so is there something in Firefox that blocks my location?

Hi, I'm talking about a POP account. Every time I empty the trash, either manually or by exiting Thunderbird, the "Trash" folder is being silently deleted, and from that moment on I cannot any longer delete messages, receiving a "not enough space" error. If exit the program, and trash is set to be emptied on exit, the next time I reopen Thunderbird there is no "Trash" (Cestino in my language, I have Thunderbird in italian) folder. In my ThunderbirdProfile\Mail\Local Folders the file "Trash" of 0 byte, keep being silently deleted. To restore correct functionality, I just have to create a new "Trash" folder under "Local Folders" in Thunderbird, then a new "Cestino" folder appears, and everything is fine. But the next time I empty the Trash, the problem reappears. I suspect something linked to Windows 11, computer was recently upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11. I tried with latest version 128.7, both 32 and 64 bit. As you can see from the screenshot, after emptying Trash, the 0 byte file "Trash" is missing. Thanks Antonello

Still having issues with the search function which does not always seem to provide results as it should. Today I was trying to search for "exped" and got lots of results with the highlighted word being "exp". Why did it provide results different to the search term?

I know that you can use operator terms such as ""chicken" and "fish"" in the Search Messages window but is it possible to also do such selective searches in the Search field?

None of my streaming networks Peacock and Netflix wont work on Firefox anymore. We get errors saying our Browser is no longer supported. When checking, there is no new update for Firefox.

There is no customization panel under settings/home. can you please tell me where can i find the customization panel? I want to reset the wallpaper to default.

I am unable to add new contacts in my contact list. It definitely is creating a problem. Why will it not let me add them, please and how do I fix the issue? I did not have this problem until I got a new computer and using Windows 11.

Can you please add the "Malayalam" language to this browser? I don't use this app because it doesn't have this language. Can you add this language to the translation? 🙏🏻
